The Council of British Funeral Services (CBFS) is a National Federation of funeral
service associations, organisations, groups and others having sectoral interests, all of whom are engaged in the provision
of products or services related to the funeral sector.
The CBFS operates as a national non-profit organisation and in accordance with its humanitarian goals
to service the interests and rights of the deceased and their surviving dependents, the Council was established in recognition
of the need for an ever-closer co-operation in this context
